ABC operates a state-of-the-art blasting facility designed to accommodate everything from precision component cleaning to large-scale turbine refurbishment projects. Our facility is equipped to handle a wide range of blasting requirements, delivering controlled, high-quality surface preparation across multiple sectors.
We offer a full spectrum of blast media, from fine precision media for delicate components through to heavy-duty steel shot for robust structural and industrial applications. This flexibility allows us to tailor surface profiles and finishes to exact project specifications.
Heavy Lift & Transport Capability
Our facility is supported by substantial heavy-handling infrastructure, including:
100-ton overhead crane capacity
Full experience in the movement and handling of large turbine components
Roller stands available for safe and controlled turbine rotation and access
100-ton trailer for transport logistics
With extensive experience moving and positioning large steam turbine components, ABC ensures safe handling, correct lifting procedures, and efficient workflow throughout refurbishment and blasting operations.
